'Page after page offers the reassuring reminder that you can best fight your panic by refusing to fight the panic. And in short: It works'
- The New York Times

'It's the gentle tone and Claire's empathy that makes it really special. She explains very simply how the nervous system works and how to 'float' past the feelings you're experiencing. Life changing stuff.'
- Good Housekeeping

Face, Accept, Float and Let Time Pass

When we’re in the throes of anxiety, our problems seem beyond us. We can’t seem to find any sort of peace, because we are overwhelmed by panic.

And so we strive to control our anxiety, and try to force ourselves to calm down, to stop worrying. But it’s like trying to escape a rope net – the more we thrash about, the tighter the net gets, the less chance we have of finding freedom.

Claire Weekes recognised this; she saw the way panic entraps us, and the way it eventually takes over our lives because of our determination to rid it from our lives.

Her method releases us from that struggle in four steps.

"Be prepared to think everything. Let come what will'
